We have wall-to-wall carpeting in some of the rooms. We have had our carpets cleaned by so many companies over the years. The services provided by Crown Carpet Care were the best. The work was done thoroughly, efficiently and with care. Elliot and his co- technician were very professional. I recommend Crown Carpet Care to anyone looking for excellent quality carpet cleaning service.

We had a dozen rugs, including two oriental ones cleaned, as well as all the wall to wall carpeting in our townhouse, cleaned and they look fabulous! The pick up and delivery was done by two friendly, knowledgable men who answered all our questions, arrived on time, and never rushed us. We are delighted with all aspects of the work and recommend them without reservation!

I hardly ever do reviews, but I had to this time. I was super impressed with this company. ]The owner was very responsive and arrived on time for estimate. He provided exact written costs for carpet stretching services and carpet cleaning. The two gentleman (sorry I don' t recall their names) that were assigned to the project were top notch (friendly, communicated well, knowledgeable, etc.). They made sure to clean up after they did the job and they worked efficiently. Please give them our thanks for a job well done. The price for the work was reasonable when compared to other companies that do this work. Thank you, thank you....finally we found a good service company!!!

Crown Carpet Care was very professional and worked quickly. They gave us an accurate estimate and were honest about the level of improvement we would see in our carpets after they were cleaned and stretched. The stretching in both areas looks amazing- you can barely tell there was any buckling. The carpets look almost new and they were able to take up a lot of the stains that other professional cleaners missed. The cleaning product left no strong odors, which I appreciate having a young child and pets. They finished the whole job (three levels and stairs) in about 4.5 hours.

Had a flood/mildew issue and Crown was most responsive and professional in getting our (new) carpet back in service. Price was reasonable. Will use again (if our bad luck continues).

Great experience with John and his team. We had a water leak that was damaging the carpet. John was super responsive when I first contacted him which was after hours. Got out the very next morning to treat the carpet to prevent more damage, once water issue was fixed, did a great job putting it back and cleaning. Would use them again.

Exceptional! Elliott and Gerardo are consummate carpet care professionals! They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, leaving them looking like new and smelling fresh and clean. This crew is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and more than capable to handle the toughest jobs. I highly recommend their services and they are our first choice, as well as friends and family. Excellent work by the Crown Carpet Care crew. We have a cat and a dog so our carpets were a challenge to clean. There were pet “accidents” that required special care. Everything was beautifully cleaned. I could not have been happier with the results.

Crown Carpet Care have cleaned my sofa and upholstery for several years. They are on time, professional, friendly and they do a great job cleaning carpets, furniture and area rugs. I was thinking of getting new carpets but after they were cleaned I changed my mind.

Crown carpet cleaned a large white area carpet for me twice. The first cleaning was to remove a dog vomit stain and the second time was after a water tank flooded the storage room where the carpet was being stored. In both instances the stains were dark and extensive and Crown Carpet was able to fully remove all signs of stains. The carpet was restored and looks new. I have also had white upholstery cleaned by this company and they did a great job. The staff is extremely polite, professional and helpful. Cost of cleaning included pickup and delivery. I will continue to call on Crown Carpet for upholstery and carpet cleaning in the future.

My family and I had our carpet cleaned by Crown the first week of January. The entire process was smooth and straight forward. The owner was very polite and accommodating when I called to reschedule. We hired Crown Carpet Care to restretch and clean our carpet in the master bedroom. They arrived on time and were professional throughout the process. They ran into an issue with the power stretcher because the tack strips weren’t properly installed when the carpet was originally installed. They fixed the tack strips (minimal cost) and completed the work. Would definitely use them again!

I used Crown to clean my bedroom, hall way, and basement carpets. The guys showed up on time, we’re very professional, very thorough with the cleaning, and had great communication. I called to make an appointment because the dog had an accident on the carpet and they were able to see me within a couple of days. They are very professional and were able to get all of the stains out. We have also use their services to clean our tile and upholstery in the past and we have been very pleased. Everything comes out fresh without strong chemical odors and dries fast. Thank you for your professionalism and efficiency!

Crown carpet care did an amazing job on my kitchen floor and my family room carpet. They steam-cleaned 10 years of dirty grout on my kitchen tiles and my floor sparkled like brand new. I really did not even recognize it. Then they steam-cleaned my large family room —off-white carpet which had mud and bike grease and tracks of dirt on it and it came out bright as if it were brand new. The staff was professional, quick, and a good value. I highly recommend.

Extensive red wine spill on a custom 11x17 white wool rug—not a situation for much hope. But John and his team from Crown were more than up to the task. Treated it on site and nearly got it, then packed it up and took it to the shop. Short time later it was back on the floor, good as new. Professional, honest, and experienced, with great “bedside manner” and a can-do attitude. We have loved this rug for years and would trust any job to Crown after our experience.

A team of two arrived on time . They got right to work measuring for estimate and explaining my options. The price was very reasonable. Several large room area rugs and bedrooms with wall to wall plus a small area of upholstery. I was disappointed to find out they could not do a carpet I have with jute fibers because the water would cause the jute fibers to yellow. Good to know. They did a great job with all the rest. It dried quickly…maybe 24 hours. Put plastic patches underneath any furniture that touched the wet. Upholstery turned out great. I was a little concerned there would be a big old clean spot making the rest of the sofa look bad but it turned out beautiful….just clean! All good. Do not hesitate to use this company. Good service and results.

I called Crown Carpet Care for help to remove a musty spell from a new area rug purchased via the Internet.. They came the next day, took the rug and returned it within a few days smelling much better. The owner contacted me while the carpet with at the shop to keep me updated on progress. The cost was very reasonable. The two-person crew was professional and friendly, and wore masks. I would highly recommend Crown Carpet Care.

Crown Carpet Care provided amazing service and beautiful, clean carpets. Throughout the whole house, the carpet smelled fresh, like new carpet...not like strong smelling soap or chemical cleaning products. I have had other companies do carpet cleaning in the past, but Crown Carpet Care is the best, by far. This company truly cares about doing a good job. I highly recommend!

Crown Carpet Care did an incredible job cleaning my carpets! I had spots and more than normal wear and tear on my light beige carpet, and I wasn’t sure if there was any magic to actually get out the spots and stains. I was so wrong! Crum carpet care was fast, efficient, and somehow managed to remove all of the stains in my apartment’s carpet! It looks brand new! After the clean, the carpets didn’t feel crunchy or firm from the cleaning products, they felt pillowy and soft. I was also impressed with the little blocks they put under my furniture to prevent the moisture from getting onto it. Job well done team, thank you so much for your professionalism and your incredible work! I will definitely be working with CCC again!

We had a great experience with Crown! They fit us in quickly after our dog got sick on several of our new wall-to-wall carpets. They arrived on time, and were friendly, professional, and efficient. They were very considerate about noise level because of napping kids. They got the stains out and the prices were really reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I have had excellent service from crown carpet care. They have cleaned our oriental rugs on two occasions. In a couple of years I will call them again. They removed the rugs from our home, cleaned and returned them all within a period of 10 days. They are responsive and punctual.

I contacted Crown Carpet Care when my husband and I purchased a home where the previous owners had a cat. There were animals stains and dander throughout that created issues for my husband’s allergies. Not only did Crown return my message right away, they were able to schedule me for the same day . The team (Elliot and Kyle) arrived on time, professionally dressed, followed COVID precautions, and walked me through the process before beginning. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were incredibly pleasant to meet. The carpets look fantastic and I cannot recommend Crown Carpet Care highly enough.

Crown CArpet Care has been cleaning our carpets for 15+ years, at least. They do an outstanding job. Recently, we had a flood in the basement because of a flash rain storm! We called Crown Carpet Care who fit us into their schedule and came the same day. They used sophisticated equipment and put our mind at ease with efficient and prompt service (and their knowledge and years of experience were terrific). We were very upset but it all was fixed. Life is back to normal. I would recommend them to anyone. More than carpet cleaning, they do so many other useful services, but more importantly, they are dependable.

I selected crown carpet care because I needed a company that can do carpets, sofas and drapery. The owner of the company is highly trained in cleaning different materials. The job performed exceeded my expectations. Stains on one of the sofas that other companies tried to remove where removed by crown carpet care. The owner and his assistant were very professional as well as very personable during the time they were working in my home. Their charges were very reasonable. I recommend him without any hesitation.
